Site Plan Phase 1
" Welcome to Cauchero Cove Landing, a 54 home-site development in a pristine rainforest, located on 35 acre on the Caribbean Coast of Panama. "
" Our home-sites are laid out to buffer you by the natural surroundings from other home-sites, as we have left as much land undisturbed as possible. Our water way mantains a 12 foot depth that will accomodate most vessels. "
Whether you depart the village of Bocas del Toro or our shore station at Punta Robalo you will arrive by boat at the marine docking facilities at Cauchero Cove Landings. The docking facilities will accommodate outboard runabouts or larger, private yachts. Electricity and water are available at the docks and each home site has an assigned boat slip. The docks run nearly the entire length of the waterfront.
Phase One of the development has several gravel walkways through the cocoa farm and rain forest past the locations of the home sites as well as the entire length of the project.. These home sites are nicely separated by foliage and provide sight and sound buffers between the residences. The walkways go from sea level to a height of approximately two hundred feet. The trees provide a cool canopy and enhance the views of the protected bay, hillsides and the docking facilities.
Great care and thought went into the planning of the walks and the locations of the home sites. Walkways wind around boulders, large specimen trees and topographical features such as natural waterways. Every effort was expended to leave the forest in the most natural, undisturbed state as possible.
When you visit Cauchero Cove Landings you will appreciate the jungle inhabitants such as colorful frogs, exotic birds and monkeys.
